I have been a notary since 2006 and in that same year I also became a certified signing agent with the National Notary Association. I can easily explain all related documents such as the Note, Mortgage, Truth-in-lending Statement and the HUD. I ensure that all documents are properly executed and notarized and I make sure that I retrieve a copy of the borrower’s ID’s for proper record keeping. I can scan and email you the complete signed Real Estate document package if needed within two hours after the signing; before mailing back to you via overnight mail.
